Abstract Aiming at the problem of serious damage in the process of soybean harvesting and production, this paper analyzes the soybean harvesting process, and determines the main crushing forms of soybeans: epidermal breakage, splitting into two flaps, and overall crushing. The influence of different operation links on soybean crushing during the harvesting process, such as header feeding auger, horizontal seed spiral conveyor, horizontal miscellaneous residue spiral conveyor, and threshing roller was studied. The influence of the operating parameters such as the forward speed of the harvester, threshing roller speed, and deflector angle on the soybean crushing form was studied experimentally. The results showed that, the degree of influence on the proportion of sepidermal breakage from high to low was the forward speed of the harvester, deflector angle and threshing roller speed. The degree of influence on the proportion of splitting into two flaps from high to low was the deflector angle, threshing roller speed and the forward speed of the harvester. Abstract Background: studies have shown that dietary factors are linked to female infertility, but the relation between dietary fiber consumption and infertility has not been proven. The purpose of this research was to investigate whether there is an independent association between dietary fiber intake and infertility in American women. Material and methods: a secondary analysis of the National Health and NUTRITION Examination Survey (NHANES) dataset has been conducted, covering three cycles from 2013 to 2018. A total of 3,497 participants were included in the data analysis. The independent and dependent variables of interest were dietary fiber intake and infertility. Covariates included sociodemographic, questionnaire, diet, and physical examination data. Multiple logistic regression and sensitivity analyses were performed to investigate the relationship of dietary fiber intake with infertility. Results: each additional increase in log10 dietary fiber consumption was associated with a 32 % lower risk of infertility (OR, 0.68; 95 % CI, 0.48-0.96). The outcome is still robust in the minimally as well as the fully adjusted model. The possibility of a nonlinear association between dietary fiber intake and infertility was ruled out by the GAM model and smooth curve fitting. The RESULTS showed that there is an inverse linear correlation between dietary fiber intake and infertility. Conclusions: the association between intake of dietary fiber and infertility is linear, and increasing dietary fiber intake may be beneficial for lower infertility.

Resumen Antecedentes: el consumo de fibra dietética es un factor importante en la infertilidad femenina. El objetivo del estudio fue investigar si existe una relación independiente entre el consumo de fibra dietética y la infertilidad en las mujeres estadounidenses. Material y métodos: se realizó un análisis secundario del conjunto de datos de la encuesta nacional de salud y nutrición (NHANES), que abarcó tres ciclos entre 2013 y 2018. Se incluyeron 3497 participantes para el análisis de datos. Las variables independientes y dependientes asociadas fueron la ingesta de fibra dietética y la infertilidad. Las covariables incluyeron datos sociodemográficos, de los cuestionarios, dietéticos y médicos. Se realizó un análisis de regresión logística multivariada y un análisis de sensibilidad para determinar la relación entre el consumo de fibra dietética y la infertilidad. Resultados: cada aumento log10 en el consumo de fibra dietética se asoció con una reducción del 32 % en el riesgo de infertilidad (OR: 0,68; intervalo de confianza del 95 %: 0,48-0,96). En el modelo mínimo y totalmente ajustado, los resultados siguen siendo robustos. El modelo GAM y el ajuste de curvas suavizadas descartaron la posibilidad de una relación no lineal entre la ingesta de fibra dietética y la infertilidad. Los resultados muestran una correlación lineal negativa entre la ingesta de fibra dietética y la infertilidad. Conclusiones: se observó una relación lineal entre la ingesta de fibra dietética y la infertilidad. El aumento de la ingesta de fibra dietética redujo la incidencia de la infertilidad.

Abstract Rapid and timely acquisition of the crushing rate can help in assessing the performance of combine harvesters, which is very important for agricultural production. The spectral reflectance of soybean provides an alternative method to the classical physical and chemical analysis of the crushing rate of soybean in laboratory. Therefore, hyperspectral imaging can be used to rapidly obtain the crushing rate of soybean. In this study, the hyperspectral method was employed, and the application of inter-correlation analysis was explored in the optimization and quantitative analysis of hyperspectral bands. The crushing rate of 130 soybean samples collected from a combine harvester was investigated through physical analysis in the laboratory. Subsequently, the raw hyperspectral reflectance of soybean samples was measured using a spectroradiometer equipped with a high intensity contact probe under darkroom conditions. Next, the raw spectral reflectance (REF) and the logarithmic reciprocal pretreatment spectrum data (LR) were analyzed and compared. The effective wavelengths were selected according to the results of the inter-correlation analysis. Regression models of the crushing rate with different indices were established using a least squares support vector machine (LS-SVM). The inversion results of the model were validated and compared with each other. The experimental results show that sensitive bands from REF are 1061, 1068, 1074, 1090, 2085, 2092, 2095, and 2103 nm. Sensitive bands from LR are 677, 1039, 1078, 1093, 1101, 1956, 2088, and 2107 nm. The results showed that REF was the optimal spectral index in the LS-SVM regression model (Rc2 was 0.939, and Rp2 was 0.915). The inter-correlation analysis method could not only support efficient selection of hyperspectral bands, but also retain the original sample information. The REF hyperspectral inversion model based on LS-SVM can realize rapid on-line monitoring of the performance (crushing rate) of grain combine harvesters in the future.

BACKGROUND: Zinc finger RNA binding protein (ZFR) is involved in the regulation of growth and cancer development. However, little is known about ZFR function in pancreatic cancer. METHODS: Herein, to investigate whether ZFR is involved in tumor growth, Oncomine microarray data was firstly used to evaluate ZFR gene expression in human pancreatic tumors. Then short hairpin RNA (shRNA) targeting ZFR was designed and delivered into PANC-1 pancreatic cancer cells to knock down ZFR expression. Cell viability, cell proliferation and cell cycle analysis after ZFR knockdown were determined by MTT, colony forming and FACS, respectively. In addition, cell migration and invasion were assessed using the Transwell system. RESULTS: The expression of ZFR was significantly higher in pancreatic tumors than normal pancreas tissues by Oncomine database analysis. Knockdown of ZFR by shRNA-expressing lentivirus significantly decreased the viability and invasion ability of pancreatic cancer cells. Moreover, FACS analysis showed that knockdown of ZFR in PANC-1 cells caused a significant cell cycle arrest at G0/G1 phase. Furthermore, knockdown of ZFR decreased the levels of CDK2, CDK4, CyclinA and CyclinD1 and enhanced the expression of p27, which has evidenced by qRT-PCR and Western blot analysis. CONCLUSIONS: Knockdown of ZFR might provide a novel alternative to targeted therapy of pancreatic cancer and deserves further investigation.
